HOW IT WORKS
Fildena works by inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). When a man is sexually aroused, nitric oxide is released, increasing blood flow to the penis. Fildena blocks the PDE5 enzyme from breaking down this chemical messenger (cGMP), allowing for increased, sustained blood flow. It is very important: Fildena does not cause an erection without sexual stimulation.
HOW TO TAKE
Fildena should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Do not take it more than once in 24 hours. And remember, high-fat meals can delay the medication's effectiveness.
SIDE EFFECTS
Common side effects include headache, flushing (feeling of warmth), stomach upset, nasal congestion, and diarrhea.
